You should have just followed the link in the email sent to you by your syndicate co-ordinator. There are a number of reasons why this may not have worked - could you please try the following:

• If you clicked on the link in the email, was it split over more than one line? If so, you need to cut and paste the parts into one line and use the result in your browser.
• If you cut and pasted the link into your browser, did you get the whole of the link?
• Did you type the link into your browser? If so, did you copy exactly what was in the email?

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. This process normally runs quite smoothly and we will try to get you registered as quickly as we can.
